Job Description

The role of the Logistics Coordinator involves liaising between carriers and internal stakeholders, diligently identifying potential issues, and collaborating with internal teams to devise solutions. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will be tasked with accurately recording tracing updates and essential load information within the work system.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Track and trace customer loads and appointments, following up on delays, missed appointments, and late arrivals.

  • Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent escalation.

  • Promptly inform Carrier Sales Teams of any problems such as delays or accidents.

  • Provide assistance to other team members as needed


  • At least 5 subjects CXC including Mathematics and English.

  • Prior experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management would be an asset.

  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office and communication tools.

  • Strong clerical and administrative abilities, including proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional telephone etiquette.
